Established in 2011, we provide high-quality, scalable coffee solutions for cafés, hospitality groups, and private label coffee brands.

 

Operating from a purpose-built facility in Coburg North, Victoria, we combine boutique craftsmanship with industrial roasting capability — offering a customer-focused approach that adapts to your brand’s needs at every stage.

Core Offerings

 

• Ublend® is a complete private label roasting service that enables cafés and hospitality operators to create their own branded coffee. From sourcing and blend development to packaging and fulfilment, every stage is handled in-house to ensure quality, consistency, and speed to market.

• 36th Parallel Coffee is the group’s in-house specialty brand, focused on ethically sourced, seasonal Arabica coffees. Each batch is roasted for clarity, sweetness, and balance.

• A rotating range of single origin coffees is roasted weekly in small batches, showcasing distinctive regional profiles and harvest character.

• The offering also includes a selection of decaffeinated coffees, including Mountain Water and EA-processed options, crafted with the same flavour clarity and balance as their caffeinated counterparts.

• The Kaffeina Group is also the owner and distributor of The Little Guy®, an Australian-designed stovetop espresso system built for café-quality performance in a compact, stainless steel form.

• In addition, the facility supports the production of Nespresso®*-compatible capsules, allowing businesses to expand into the single-serve coffee category with their own blends and branding.

 

Roasting Capabilities

Our Coburg North facility is equipped with multiple Brambati roasting systems, including a fully automated 120kg BR1200 for large-scale production and a 30kg roaster for development and smaller runs. This setup allows us to roast and scale blends from small test batches to multiple tonnes, while maintaining flavour consistency and roast integrity across every batch.

We also operate multiple automated packaging lines, offering flexible packaging solutions to suit a wide range of client needs. From cost-effective logo printing on generic bags to fully customised, pre-printed retail packaging, we help businesses present their coffee exactly how they want it — whether it’s for back-of-house, café retail, or shelf-ready wholesale.
