How It Works

1. Select Your BaseStart with a backbone origin (Brazil, Colombia, PNG, India…). This sets the body, sweetness, and crema structure.

   
   

2. Add Character Layers. Want brightness? Add Kenya or Costa Rica. Want lift and aroma? Add Ethiopia. Want something rounder and chocolate-heavy? Lean toward Guatemala or El Salvador. The tool shows you how each addition affects the profile.

   
   

3. Adjust the Ratios. Dial the percentages like seasoning in cooking . 60/30/10. 50/25/25. 70/30.Small shifts can change everything. The interface gives live tasting descriptors so you see the flavour change before you taste it.
