One of our Ublend® team members has just landed in Zürich for the first stop of our Europe coffee tour — and it’s safe to say we’re impressed.

Sure, we expected good coffee. But what we found blew us away — not just in the cup, but in the way it’s served.

Coffee That’s Dialled In

From the moment we walked into cafés like MAME, it was clear: Zürich doesn’t mess around when it comes to quality. Every espresso is carefully calibrated. Filter coffees are clean, expressive, and brewed with serious attention to detail. Even the milk texturing? Flawless.

It’s not flashy — it’s precise. Understated. Confident.

Service That Sets a Standard

We also experienced some of the best customer service we’ve seen anywhere. Baristas here are polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Water is served without asking. The table’s already clean. And when your coffee arrives, it feels like it was made just for you — because it was.

No upsells. No rush. Just thoughtful hospitality, from start to finish.

Our Ublend® team member in Zürich isn’t just here for the coffee (okay, mostly for the coffee). This week included a quick detour to the Lindt Home of Chocolate — because you can’t come to Switzerland and not indulge.

A mountain of truffles later… we’re back on the move — heading toward the Alps for some fresh air, snow-capped views, and, you guessed it, more coffee stops along the way. Rumour has it mountain espresso hits differently. We’re about to find out.
