At Ublend®, we’re always chasing better coffee — not just in the cup, but in how it’s grown, roasted, served, and shared. This month, we're spreading out across Europe to explore café culture, connect with partners, and uncover the latest trends in coffee and hospitality.
Different team members are heading to different corners of the continent — and we’ll be sharing what we discover along the way.
Where’s Everyone Going?
Zürich
One crew has kicked things off in Switzerland, diving into the city’s refined, precision-focused café scene. Think barista champions, immaculate espresso bars, and coffee service that’s as efficient as a Swiss train.
Athens
Another group has landed in Greece, where freddo espressos, traditional briki coffee, and loud, sunny conversations dominate café tables. It’s vibrant, bold, and unapologetically Greek — just the way we like it.
UK
We’ve got people heading into London and beyond to check in with cafés, roasteries, and retail partners. We’re particularly interested in how the UK is adapting to tech, automation, and a fast-moving specialty scene.
Milan — HostMilano 2025
And of course, part of our team is headed to the 44th edition of HostMilano, the world’s premier hospitality trade show. We’re there to spot the latest in coffee tech, packaging innovation, and café solutions from around the globe.
What Are We Looking For?
Whether it’s behind a bar in Athens or a booth at HostMilano, we’re looking for anything that helps us improve:
Roasting & Packaging Tech — smarter, faster, cleaner
Sustainable Packaging Formats — because fresh coffee shouldn't cost the earth
Café Equipment & Workflow Tools — to support the people who bring our coffee to life
Service Trends — how customers are engaging with coffee around the world
Stay Tuned — We’ll Update You As We Go
As each team touches down, we’ll be posting updates, photos, and behind-the-scenes glimpses into what we’re learning, tasting, and (let’s be honest) caffeinating ourselves with.
Because at Ublend®, we don’t just roast coffee — we explore it.
